JRE 8 update 291 Installation Failure

Java 8 update 291 got installed and uninstalled the Old Update of Java 1.8.221 while latest update installation.
After reboot the Java 8 update 291 got reverted to java 8 update 221 and currently we can't install Java 8 update 291 and uninstall 221.
What is a cause of this issue? How can we fix this case?
