JRE 1.4.2.09 .msi file edit

I posted this before but it never made it. My apologies if it shows up twice.

I am trying to push out JRE 1.4.2.09 to several hundred pc's using the msi file and active directory. I would like it to be a minimal install, i.e. no need for java web start. I am using ORCA to edit the msi and create a transform, but am having trouble finding in which table I configure java web start to not install. Any help appreciated!
