jQuery Selector not fire after refresh the region

apex vesrion : 18.2

i have a classic report region which have an item like this <span class=".person">clickMe</span> , when i click this item a trigger will fire , every thing is ok at first time , but when i made a refresh for that region (not submit a page) the jQuery Selector will not fire until i submit a page, any help Please.
