JPS command cannot work on java version "1.7.0_21" of Windows 7.

Dear Sirs,

JPS command cannot show anything. When I used java version 1.7.0_01, JPS command could show java process id. How should I solve this problem?

My PC's environment is as follows:
OS: Microsoft Windows 7
Java version: 1.7.0_21
Programming Tool: Eclipse 4.2
