JpCap V0.1 -----Vs.----- JpCap V0.01.16

I have been looking up how to capture packets flying across my network today. After hours of looking up how to do this, I realized there are 2 different version of JpCap.

Version 1:

Version 2:
http://jpcap.sourceforge.net/

I am not sure what one I am supposed to use...

Basically, I want to be able to analyze every part of the packet, and I am not sure what one to use for this. If anyone knows what i should do, please tell me.

Also, if there is someone that knows how to use these packages, please through up some code on how to print the header and data of a packet.
