Jolt vs SALT in high-performance applications

Hi Everyone,

Over the last few months we have been evaluating different methods of Tuxedo integration with a view to modernising an existing ATMI Workstation deployment.

For high performance applications our testing has pointed to Jolt over SALT as the best option owing to the asynchronous protocol and smaller payloads. The Jolt client library is extremely fast on JDK 20 in a standalone app, and we have implemented our own connection pool for Jolt sessions.

Does anyone have any insights that they could share to validate our thinking or suggest other options?
