Job Stuck in "Stop Pending" Status

We tried to run a RefreshFromMetalink job and it did not complete. When we tried to stop it, it went into Stop Pending status where it has been sitting for over a month. Oracle support apparently has no idea how to simply delete the job from the queue directly. As usual (this would make the 6th time!) the only idea they have is to completly uninstall and reinstall OEM.

Does anyone know how to just get rid of the job? Can it really be true that no living human knows the schema for OEM?
