Job slave process terminated

Hi all,

We are trying to process 2.8 GB (28,00,000 records) file in oracle. Our processing involves validating the records and pushing into the respective tables using bulk insertion.

We have used DBMS_SCHEDULER to schedule the jobs and process the records in parallel. We are getting "Job slave process terminated" for a few jobs. This happens only when we are processing voluminous data.

We checked in all the forums and oracle documentation. Its says an oracle shutdown might be the reason for this issue. We are very sure that we dint stop the oracle when the jobs were running.

What should we need to do for resolving this issue?

Please let me know if anything I have to put it in detail.
