Job scheduling and notification setup in Sql developer

Hi - Am trying create some jobs and schedule the same jobs to run on weekly basis in Oracle sql developer tool. When i tried to setup the notification option ,am getting this error-

Env - Oracle 11.2

Tool - Sql developer 4.1.0.19
