JNLP file running in browser and then closes after few seconds without error

I have a Cisco online exam tomorrow. And to make sure that I can make the exam without problems, they provided a link to check if the browser is ready for the exam.

Here is the link:

When I open the link, it prompts to download a .jnlp file. I open the file and it says:

Downloading ApplicationCapture.JPG

And after a few seconds the jnlp file closes, and nothing happens. The web page is supposed to show checking steps, but nothing appears.

I tried in Firefox, Chrome, and Internet Explorer 11. I also updated java to the latest version.

I hope anyone can find a solution for this.
