JNLP API in Java 1.5

On the website ( http://java.sun.com/products/javawebstart/developers.html ) it says:

Note: There is no JNLP Developer's Pack for 1.5.0. The contents of the Developer's Pack have been moved into the 1.5.0 documentation and the SDK.

So where can I get the jnlp.jar, the older 1.4 downloads? I thought this would be in the JRE now.
