JNI Support

I am trying to make a C call over JNI but the CLDC-1.8 Configuration and the MEEP-8.0 Profile for the RasPi doesn't seem to support this.

The following page from Oracle seems to suggest that JNI is supported:

So, I was wondering..is it the case that it is just not supported on the RasPi binaries? Any input would be appreciated.
