JNDI error while trying to do LDIF import

We have an Oracle WebLogic 12c server with an OID installation, and are trying to do LDIF import through the ODSM console. There is a JNDI lookup failure that is preventing this from completing:

I did not perform the installation of OID, but I think that it was not done correctly. I also don't currently have a working OID installation in WebLogic 12c to compare it to. Is the JNDI name "comp/env/wm/default" directly related to OID? I think that we may need to have the installation performed again.
