JMS Queue is not clearing, pending messages queue is keepon growing!

Hello,

JMS Queue is not clearing, it holds the all requests all the time.
Once limit is reached, myapplication is crashing. iam using weblogic 8.1.
i can see the JMS pending requests through Quest's Spotlight for Weblogic....pending messages queue is keepon increasing...

Can u show me the way like explicit clearing of JMS queue, or any any external setup required for this??
Can you please help me out???
