JMS and MQSeries 5.2

Hello
I am new to JMS.Can anyone help me how to configure JMS for use with MQSeries 5.2 ? I have downloaded MQseries classes for JMS and installed it..
Still when i try to run the jmsadmin batch file, I am getting the error as to JNDI Initiation failed..So can anyone guide me as to how to do the configuration ?
