Java Programming

Hi !
Can any one pls tell me how to configure the Jmeter?
I have downloaded the Jmeter from http://www.jajakarta.org/jmeter.
It says i jused need to unzip the file.

I am able to run the JMETER Report by clicking the jmeter-report.bat.
But when I click Jmeter.bat it doesn't work.

Can anyone tell me if there is any other free Java Performance Tuning Tool?
I tried using the JProfilier also but it ask for main method aor the jar file.
We have a Struts application so we don't have both of these.

Any suggestion how can we use it?
