Jinitiator 1.3.1.22 Changing configuration from the server

Hi all,
We are using Oracle 10g As and Oracle forms at the client side we are using Jinitiator 1.3.1.22 and we have got more than 400 users now recently we have introduced a proxy server for testing ,after installing a proxy we are not able to
browse our oracle appliation we may need to change the settings of Jinitiator in each Client's Control Panel->Jinitiator 1.3.1.22 ->ProxyTab-> if i Untick "Use Browser Settings' .Is there a solution to do this from the server so that i dont need to individualy change this settings in each Client.Or if any batch file to update this to all PC.
