Jeode on iPAQ h6300

Hi,
I've a new hp iPAQ h6300, but i'can't find any jvm (evm) in it...nor i find it on installation CD. Somebody knows if this iPAQ (with Win MObile 2003 Phone Edition) has a jvm alredy installaed, if not, where i could find the Insigna's JVM (for free) or any other reliable JVM?
