JDOM and DOM: Serializing out XML in a neatly formatted way

Hello.

I've been able to write XML to a file with both DOM and JDOM, however one problem I have is that the resulting XML is not neatly formatted!

It is in fact a mess! The whole document has been serialized to one line!

Is there any way I can get it so that it neatly formats the document?
