JDK1.4.2 version which provides 64 bit JVM on a Xeon 64 bit Processor

hi,
Can anyone suggest me if any version of JDK1.4.2 will provide 64 bit JVM on a Windows 2003 Server machine(64 bit machine) with xeon 64 bit processor? The app server is Weblogic 8.1.6 and it will not support JDK 1.5 version and hence I am actually searching for any version of JDK 1.4.2 which will support xeon 64 bit processor and provides 64 bit JVM.
