jDeveloper Web Service package installed but Web Service features are not available in the applicati

Hi,

i have installed jDeveloper (Studio Edition Version 12.1.3.0.0) and also I installed some packages e.g. Web Service package. But when I create a new application/project I cannot select e.g. Web Service Client / Proxy and others. See picture:

Do you know why? How can I make it available?
