JDeveloper Screen too Small

Hi. I know I am not the first one with this issue, but I have not found any answers so far.

I installed JDeveloper 12c (12.2.1.1) on my Windows 10 machine. My display is 3840 X 2160.

When starting JDev, everything looks fine. But when executing any task, like executing a test app, the screen becomes too small, like if Windows scaling is not working anymore. It is unusable.

It is not a matter of font size. Actually it scales correctly at startup, but scales down when executing anything.

Question is: is there any way to work with JDeveloper on a HD screen?
