JDeveloper/Oracle AS Server Versions and ADF support in Glassfish

Is there an updated list available that reflects the versions (current and planned) of JDeveloper that can be used with the different AS servers? I am aware of the list at

In particular I am trying to get some answers for the following questions:

1. We are still using JDeveloper 10.1.2.2.0 (Build 1929) and deploying to 10.1.2. Are there any disadvantages to looking at changing to JDeveloper 10.1.3.3 deploying to 10.1.2 (Refactoring in JDev 10.1.2 is painful)?

2. If using JDeveloper 10.1.3.3, would I be correct in assuming that the corresponding ADF 10.1.3 runtime libraries would need to be installed to AS 10.1.2?

3. Will JDeveloper 11g be able to be used to develop ADF applications and deploy them to AS 10.1.3?

4. Is there any ADF installer planned to be able to install runtime libraries to glassfish?
