JDeveloper Mysteriously Deleting files

All,

JDeveloper is randomly deleting files. When hooked into CVS, it even sets the CVS status to deleted. This is a bizarre one. Everyone on my team is experiencing this. It is completely random and very painful. It seems like most of the time it deletes files that have not been changed but sometimes it deletes files that have been changed. This can set our team back several hours each day. It has been happening for at least a week now and it has come to a point to where we need to start using another IDE. Anyone else experiencing this?

I am running JDeveloper version 10.1.3.0.4 We recently upgraded from 10.1.2 about 3 weeks ago and we all have the latest Service Update installed (#2). We all have noticed independently and recently figured out that it is something that JDeveloper is doing.
