JDeveloper License

Hi,

I just downloaded JDeveloper. It looks great. Certainly one of the best IDEs I have ever seen. However, the License Agreement says i just can use it to develope a prototype of my application. I looked everywhere in the otn site to find what are the pricing options but I could not see anything?

I do not understand. Can I use the IDE to develop production applications with this license or not? Where can I get a serious license?
