I created an account, and received an email the next day saying my account was approved, and I could download JDeveloper. I was able to download JDeveloper v14 to my Windows 11 PC. But when I click on the exe file to install the software, I receive an error message saying: “An error occurred attempting to load items.”
I went back to the download page, and tried downloading a previous version. But I still get the same error message. Can anyone help me resolve this issue? Thanks.
