JDeveloper Installation Error

Hello,

I'm trying to install JDeveloper version 12c. After "Preparing the Installation" window, a message pops out and says "ERROR Launch:No such file or directory." I seached it and in some websites someones wrote try to run the installer as Administrator. I've tried it but the problem remains. I tried both versions x86 and x64. Any clue about it?

By the way, I'm sorry about my bad English
