JDeveloper error to install in Windows 10

Hello, I have a problem installing JDeveloper on my PC, I get the following error.

C:\Users\vital\Downloads>java -jar jdev_suite_122120.jar

El archivo log del iniciador es C:\Users\vital\AppData\Local\Temp\OraInstall2016-10-22_02-18-31PM\launcher2016-10-22_02-18-31PM.log.

Fallo en la autoextracción en C:\Users\vital\AppData\Local\Temp\orcl3013202337341033201.tmp.

Pulsar Intro para salir..

Try the .exe and .jar file, both throw me the same error
