JDeveloper 13, and so on

Finding JDeveloper 12C a bit quarrelsome when it comes to the newer versions of JDK (e.g. Java 11 and 12), I wonder if and when a new version of JDeveloper is planned to be released. It's a bit strange, I think that these two products aren't better synchronized.
