JDeveloper 12c Low memory warning

Hi everybody

I'm working with Jdeveloper 12c (12.1.2) and I have to restart it very often since few days ago. I get this error:

"Memory is running low.

746 used of 773 maximum MB.

Memory can be reduced by closing applications and projects not in use.

Memory can be increased by modifying the setting in null"

It get so slow that I can even type...

Any suggestion?
