JDeveloper 12.2.1.2.0 memory issue

Hi,

I have recently migrated to JDeveloper 12.2.1.2.0 from 12.2.1.0.0 but faced a problem with memory. After some time the memory increases to 3G, the IDE freezes and following dialog pops op.

Is there any memory issue with the new version?
