JDeveloper 12.2.1.0.0 struck loading features

Hi All,

 Using JDeveloper 12.2.1.0.0 for SOA/OSB projects. After starting up JDeveloper it is struck with the below popup.

Please advise how to resolve this. Looks like others have faced this issue based on searching on the internet. Has Oracle provided a bug fix for this.
