JDeveloper 12.1.3.0.0 - Proxy Settings

Hi guys,

I'm facing an error on this specific version of JDev to configure my proxy. When I try on this version I get this error:

When I try on version 12.2.1.2.0 that I use for OSB projects everything works:

Does anybody know if there is any patch or something to solve this problem? I'm using the same JDK version.
