jdeveloper 11g Check for updates not open

Hello,

I've moved to new MacBook and make new installation of jdeveloper 11g (our team still uses this version). And I have problem while trying to install SOA extension -- when I click Help->Check for updates... nothing happens.

Studio Edition Version 11.1.1.9.0

Build JDEVADF_11.1.1.9.0_GENERIC_150314.0718.6673

Java 1.8.0_201

Is there any workaround to open Update Wizard or any other ways to install extensions?
