Jdeveloper 11.1.2.1 Installer is not starting in windows 7

Hi ,

I download the Oracle Jdeveloper 11.1.2.1 for windows, and i am trying to install the Jdeveloper on Windows 7 but when i start the installer it shows the starting bars and then the jdeveloper splash screen
comes . but suddenly it minimizes itself and does not appear , it shows that jdeveloper installer is running in task bar and task manager but not showing on screen.. i have install JDK 6 u 25 , 11 and 26 , and even JDK 7 u1 but same problem kindly help me with this ..
