Jdeveloper 10.1.3.1 vs 10.1.3.0.4 (SU 5)

When Jdeveloper 10.1.3.1 was out in August I download it since it solved many bugs:

Now SU5 is out for 10.1.3.0
http://www.oracle.com/technology/products/jdev/htdocs/10.1.3.0.3/su/su5.html

But I didn't find a similar update for 10.1.3.1.

Which version do you recommend me using ?
I am working on an ADF Faces - BC based application and not currently using BPEL.

Should I go back to 10.1.3.0, is it more stable with the latest SU5 (I noticed that 10.1.3.1 hangs a lot) ?
