JDeveloper 10.1.3.0.4 & PHP Extension 10.1.3.01.0 configuration issues

Greetings,

I am having issues configuring the PHP extension for JDeveloper. After downloading and installing the PHP extension into my version of JDeveloper I can't seem to configure it. Specifically, I am unable to set my php executable from the tools -> Preferences -> PHP tree item because PHP does not show up. However all other indications within JDeveloper are that the extension is installed. I am running JDeveloper on Windows XP SP2. Any help would be appreciated.
