JDevejoper 11.1.1.1.0 Integrated WLS Server Console not coming up

Hi,

I just downloaded the new JDeveloper 11.1.1.1.0

http://localhost:7101 shows the welcome page but

http://localhost:7101/em The page cannot be found.

Is there any other setting involved.
