JDev 12.2.1.3 not showing fusion project structure in ubuntu

Hi All,

I have developed a Web Fusion App in Windows 10 using JDev 12.2.1.2 and now I am in processing of changing my development environment to Ubuntu but for some reason I don't get see the correct project structure although I am using application view.

The odd thing is that under libraries and class paths I see some red alarms as you see below:

Please let me know what I am missing...
