JDev 10.1.3EA: XML Schemas

Hello,

I'm trying to register an xsd file under Prefrences -> XML Schemas. JDev is throwing the error "..Duplicated definition for:...". If I select "Ignore..", the component palette brings in the components, but it is missing some of them.

I believe this is a valid xsd file .
