I'm seeking a good patterns guidance for proper handling of the above-mentioned connection type.
It's gonna be implemented as a Java Servlet and I'm not able to find anything useful around.
After my investigations, it turns out that all Oracle's Connection class methods are synchronized, so they are thread safe, but provide no performance gain in concurrent calls and he solution to the problem would be connection pool. However, I would highly appreciate any detailed advice on that ...
