JDBC-ODBC MS Access

Does anyone know how to get a list of table names from MS Access using the jdbc-odbc bridge? I have been unable to find anything...anywhere. Also, where can I find documentation about this driver (i.e. list of valid sql statments, metadata available, examples, etc...)? I have looked all over both java.sun.com and msdn.microsoft.com...can't find anything.
