JDBC error.....

Error!!! The connection failed.
java.sql.SQLException: [informatica][Oracle JDBC Driver][Oracle]ORA-01
034: ORACLE not available
ORA-27101: shared memory realm does not exis
t
Linux-x86_64 Error: 2: No such file or directory

Please tell me what is the problem... and please me know how to resolve this error...
