JDBC Driver compatible with JDK 1.7, NetBeans 7.4 and Oracle 11g xe(32-bit) / Oracle 11.2 EE(64-bit)

I am unable to choose the compatible JDBC driver that is compatible with JDK 1.7, Oracle 11g xe(32-bit) / Oracle 11.2 EE(64-bit) and NetBeans 7.4.

Actually ojdbc6.jar is compatible with Oracle 11g and JDK 1.6 but during connection in NetBeans, it is showing that there may be a chance of exception if you use ojdbc6 with JDK 1.7.

More over, ojdbc7.jar is compatible with Oracle 12c but there is no evidence in Oracle's website that ojdbc7.jar is also compatible with Oracle 11g XE / Oracle 11.2 EE.

Please help in this context.

I also need a clarification that does NetBeans also require compatibility with Oracle DB version?
