JCOP Tools 3.2.1 Activation Error on Windows 7 64-bit

Hello All,
Can anyone kindly, please help state how I can activate my JCOP tools plugin for eclipse for Windows 7 64-bit using a different smartcard reader(I use SCM microsystem Contact Reader). On the activation page for the JCOP tools plugin, my smartcard reader is not listed and there is no place I can add the reader so I see Pegoda reader which of course I don't have.

Your help is appreciated in advance.
