JCOP PROBLEM

I work with JCOP tools and Eclipse 2.1 with Windows XP SP2 and a serial Chipdrive Extern 320 Reader. Everything worked fine but after installing sp2 i receive the following message when i try to upload my code on the Java Card: "Cannot init/open terminal: EstablishContext(): 0x8010001d, The Smart card resource manager is not running". The Resource manager is surely running because i checked it from the utility of the driver and OCFPCSC1.DLL is on the Path.
(Additionally, i noticed that the Login page of Windows XP has changed and it does not anymore present the message "insert card or password to login" but just "insert password..."). I have also checked the services Scardsrv and ChipDrive Scard and they work fine.

Does anyone have the same problem???What can be wrong? Any help will be appreciated.
