JBuilder help

Hey,
I am currently using JBuilder 5 for a project a college. On my opening screen i have a menu page. When something is clicked i wnt the next menu to appear in the same window just changing the frame. I can only succeed in doing this by opening a new window. Please help. Hope my problem is clear.
