jboss not starting

hi,
i've just downloaded. jboss 4.2.2. and i tried running run.bat but it was giving like JAVA_HOME not set. unexpected results may occur. set JAVA_HOME to your local jdk to avoid this message. and still it was starting the server properly.

so to avoid this message right clicked and mycomputer and set the JAVA_HOME TO E:\Java\jdk1.5.0_10\bin.

but now when try running run.bat file cmd prompt just opens for half a sec like it blinks and goes thats it. jboss is not starting.

again when i remove the JAVA_HOME environment variable it is starting properly. but then again i get message thet java_home not set .....



could some one tell what i'm doing wrong.
