JBO-25002: Definition ... of type Entity Association is not foun

Dear Al

am using jdeveloper 11.1.1.3 ,, the system was working fine with me ... suddenly i got this error when i tried to perform insert/delete on one entity ( MfLoApInfoEO )
--> JBO-25002: Definition MfLoApInfoFk14Assoc of type Entity Association is not found.
i can perform query and everything but when inserting got that message, i checked the association and its there .. i dont know where to look or what might cause the problem..
