javax.swing.filechooser.* error

In my first java app i would like to save the content of a JTextarea to a .txt file using FileChooser. According the examples i should be able to import javax.swing.filechooser.* but that generates an error: package javax.swing.filechooser does not exist. The same goes for import javax.jnlp.*;

It feels like some setting or something. Can somebody help me please.
